Refund & Cancellation Policy

Zero Upfront Fees

UDAAN INDIA PVT. LTD. does not charge any upfront processing fees, registration fees, or consultation fees directly to our clients for submitting an inquiry through UdaanPrime.

As there are no charges collected by us prior to loan disbursement, there is generally no requirement for a refund or cancellation policy related to upfront payments.

Lender Fees

Any processing fees or charges applied by the final lending partner (Bank/NBFC) upon loan sanction will be governed by their respective Refund and Cancellation Policies. Please refer to your Consultation Agreement and the Lender's Sanction Letter for details.
